2002 Environmental Compliance Training Schedule
Environmental Support Solutions announced today its new 2002 training schedule
for its popular series of training seminars: EPA Refrigerant Compliance Management
and Indoor Air Quality Management.
The EPA Refrigerant Compliance Management seminar focuses on compliance surrounding
regulated refrigerants. The four-hour course is designed specifically for property
managers, facility managers, chief engineers, environmental health and safety
personnel, and maintenance supervisors.
Larry Hays, Vice President of Training for Environmental Support Solutions,
said the company's efforts to further environmental compliance via the Internet
are reflected in this year's training materials
"We have included links to the EPA's website, www.epa.gov, throughout the
manual," he said. "The site provides attendees with the latest industry terms
and information, and a search engine to help them locate current EPA regulations."
The Indoor Air Quality Management seminar focuses on how building managers
can control indoor environments. Based on materials including the EPA's Introduction
to Indoor Air Quality, this seminar shows attendees how to complete a management
plan and implementation systems and provides building managers with information,
documents, and tools to monitor and correct indoor air quality problems.
"As part of this training, attendees learn about their commitment to employees
through the court-mandated concept of ?Standard of Care' as compared to simply
complying to the rules and regulations set by our national regulatory agencies,"
said Hays.
Attendees of each seminar receive a manual of resources that can be used on
the job. Each half-day seminar is $395. Discounts are available for those attending
both seminars, or for those sending multiple attendees.
