8TP20 RLY1 - uses an advanced solid-state optical detector to provide maximum
performance and reliability. The Model 8TP20RLY1 flame scanner offers a host
of features:
- Versatility - The unit is compatible with the full range of industrial
fuels - natural gas, oil, and waste oil. Its wavelength sensitivity ranges
from UV to near-IR optical energy. The fully sealed, aluminum scanner head
installs on standard pipe threads and can be mounted on any type burner.
- Reliability - The unit's robust design meets or exceeds rigorous test standards
for temperature, vibration and humidity. It features a Nema 4X housing enclosure,
fail safe relays with continuous electronic self-checking - dedicated relay
and LED system functionality, and a modular design that permits ease of trouble-shooting
and component replacement.
- Performance - the unit has built-in signal processing and flame ON/OFF output
relay indication. It is programmable for gain and set point, providing flexibility
and real-time flame signal information to the Burner Management System. Compact
signal processing uses standard 24 VDC power. In addition to the relay contacts,
there is a 4-20mA signal available for exterior display or remote monitoring.
