Philips Expands Optanium® Family Of Ballasts
Philips Lighting Electronics proudly announces the expansion of its popular family of Optanium® high-efficiency electronic ballasts to include new 347V Instant Start models for 1-4 lamp T8 fluorescent systems.
Now available in 1-4 lamp 347V versions to join existing 120-277V models, Philips Lighting Electronics’ new Optanium ballasts are ideal for 347V applications within commercial, institutional, government, and educational settings and are compatible with both standard and energy saving T8 lamps.
vailable in normal and low Ballast Factor versions, the ballasts feature instant start ignition and independent lamp operation (which helps reduce lamp replacement costs and maintenance efforts and offers enhanced lighting quality over the life of the system), as well as striation reduction, which reduces the likelihood of striation issues associated with energy saving T8 lamps. The ballasts feature -20ºF cold starting for outdoor applications and the 204 lamp models meet all CEE, Hydro Quebec, and BC Hydro energy efficiency requirements.
Powerful and energy-efficient, Philips Lighting Electronics’ new Optanium 347V Instant Start electronic ballasts for 1-4 lamp T8 fluorescent systems enable professional users within a broad range of 347V applications to enjoy the benefits of significant energy savings and outstanding performance while fully promoting sustainable design.
