Lochinvar Unveils New Web Site
To improve customers’ online experience, Lochinvar Corporation has redesigned
its Web site, www.Lochinvar.com, to offer easier navigation, enhanced functionality
and additional resources. Developed in response to feedback and specific requests
from visitors to the site, the new user-friendly design includes features such
as a model number search engine with auto-complete, a “What’s Hot” product
spotlight and a competitor product cross-reference function, among many other
tools that make interacting with Lochinvar quicker and easier than ever before.
In the Resource Library section of the new site, visitors can now find extensive
information about Lochinvar products and locate a Lochinvar sales representative
in their area. One innovative resource, The Competitor Cross Reference tool,
allows users to search other manufacturers’ models to find the Lochinvar
equivalent, and then directly compare the two products in terms of thermal
efficiency, size, weight, etc.
In addition, users can check out the FAQ section to quickly learn the answers
to common questions on topics such as combustion air, efficiency, gas supply,
venting and more. By first selecting a general topic, the visitor can narrow
the search to easily find the information needed. Service bulletins are also
available for download in the Resource Library for simplified troubleshooting.
Visitors also have access to valuable information about Lochinvar University,
an industry renowned training program and trusted resource for expert information
on Lochinvar products.
