Leprechauns Visit CEAC on March 15, 2006
Sure n'Begorrah the leprechauns made their appearance with the chiefs at the
Irish American Heritage Center when the annual St. Patrick's Day celebration
took place.
Co-sponsored by Anchor Mechanical, Chicago Backflow, Glavin Security Specialists,
Motion Industries, Nolan Boiler and United Service Companies, the beer flowed
while we listened to the sounds of Ireland performed by Three Men In Kilts.
The country's best corned beef dinner was served by Ray Harrington's Catering
along with cabbage, carrots, chicken and apple pie that would make any
mouth water. As always, Harrington's did a spectacular job in making sure
there
was enough food served hot and delicious.
The Irish American Heritage Center staff did an outstanding job as always
and we look forward to once again visiting them next March.
A big thanks goes out to ALL the sponsors of this meeting. With Octoberfest,
the St. Patrick's meeting has become the best attended meeting of the
year and presents one of the best opportunities to network with your
fellow
chiefs. Introduce
yourself to someone new and let them know what a value it is to be
a member of the largest association of its kind in Chicago.
And talk to our vendor members. Find out what services or products
they have to offer and make sure to call them the next time you are
in need.
Mark your calendars for the May 17th meeting at Carmichaels. We'll
see you there!
