2006 Installation Dinner Dance
The Chief Engineers Association has sworn in a new board of directors to assume
the responsibilities of running the largest association for Operating Engineers.
The ceremony was a success and a delight to all those in attendance. In-coming
President Harold Hacker was warmly greeted as the gavel was turned over to him
by out-going president Joe Belsan.
Harold presented an outstanding speech, pleased to continue on as so many
have before him. We congratulate Harold and wish him much success in his many
endeavors
as President of The Chief Engineers Association.
The evening was highlighted with entertainment provided by The City Lights
Orchestra. Dancers graced the floor with moves never seen before. Dinner
was a delectable
selection of filet mignon and stuffed chicken breast, garnished with potatoes
and vegetables, followed by a strawberry cheesecake that melted in your
mouth. As always, an outstanding job was done by the staff of the Westin River
North
Hotel.
Congratulations to Harold and all the board members. We look forward to
an outstanding year filled with top notch meetings and social events.
