New DocuPen Portable Scanner
Planon System Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of scanning hardware and software,
has introduced the new DocuPen R710, a fully portable full-page scanner that
is small as a traditional pen yet can hold up to 200 pages of information. The
DocuPen R710 weighs just two ounces, is only eight inches long, and commands
4 megabytes of flash memory.
Planon System Solutions' DocuPen scanners have received considerable recognition
for their ability to quickly and accurately scan and store both text- and graphics-based
documents. The sleek, black DocuPen R710 offers an efficient solution for professionals'
mobile scanning needs, and is bundled with Abbyy FineReader Optical Character
Recognition (OCR) v7.0 software so that users can convert scanned material
into an editable and searchable format without needing to retype or reformat.
